High Frequency Coffee – Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective Date: January 2026
By booking an event or submitting payment to High Frequency Coffee LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing our services.
1. Scope of Services
High Frequency Coffee will provide mobile specialty coffee catering, which typically includes:
A premium cold brew coffee cart with a tap
One barista
A menu of cold brew-based drinks (iced only), including cold brew, cold brew shots, cold brew lattes, and cold brew cappuccinos.
Any selected add-ons, which may include teas and refreshers
Setup and cleanup of the service area
Service for a pre-agreed duration
Final services will be specified in your custom invoice and may vary per event.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your invoice.
The remaining balance is due by the date indicated on your invoice.
Payment methods accepted may include credit card, Zelle, or other options noted in your invoice.
By paying the deposit or any part of the invoice, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellations at any time result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Any other payments made will be refunded in full, provided the cancellation is communicated before the scheduled event date.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the following at the event location:
A level setup area of 25 square feet, accessible by ADA-compliant pathways, doorways, and elevators if applicable.
Parking access for setup and breakdown.
Failure to provide these conditions may affect service delivery and does not entitle the client to a refund.
5. High Frequency Coffee Responsibilities
We commit to:
Arriving at least one hour prior to service start time for setup
Providing courteous, professional baristas
Cleaning the service area after the event
6. Liability & Insurance
High Frequency Coffee holds general liability insurance.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from venue conditions, third-party vendors, or circumstances outside our control.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, emergencies), either party may cancel without penalty, and any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
7. Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment for any portion of your event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
