Why Us?
Why are we different? What makes us unique? How are we going to be one of the GOATs?
I want to be on that Mount Rushmore. I want to be mentioned alongside Ali and Jordan. I want the “Greatest Cold Brew of All Time” debate (that we all have so frequently) to start and end with us.
To get there, I need to believe it.
But like anyone who has climbed to the pinnacle, there’s doubts. Second thoughts. Internal negotiations. Bargaining. Comparisons. Breakdowns.
So, allow this blog as a way to serve myself, my sanity, and my beliefs. Allow me to dream. Allow me to believe that we can steal Wayne Gretzky’s nickname. Preferably without any trademark lawsuits.
Our Product
I will put our cold brew up against any cold brew in the entire world. I have no shame in that. Our product is special. It’s one of one. If this company is going to be one of the greats, it’s going to be on the proverbial back of our cold brew recipe.
But a product is not a business.
Shit, if a product itself could be a business, we’d be a Fortune 500 company.
But it’s not. And we’re just a start-up. Grinding at odd hours. Building on the margins. Growing in silence.
Our Service
I tie our service philosophy to the origin of the name “High Frequency.”
We have a product that naturally boosts positive energy. And we try to emulate that feeling in human form. We want to be there for you with an authentic, positive energy from the first moment the inquiry is submitted. I want that first intake call to be filled with electric vibes. Natural synergy. I want that to carry over to the set-up process, the service time, and the clean-up.
I want you to be upset that we’re leaving. I want you to be excited to bring us back.
And you know what, that feeling can be mutual.
When we are serving an amazing event, we don’t want to leave either. We want to come back every day. We love it. And that all love is contagious.
Our Experience
There’s work to be done here. We’re the new kids on the block.
And those new kids on the block can have a bunch of hits (yes, this is a subtle reference to the song Summer Girls.)
We learn with every experience. Every service. Every showcase. Every appearance.
And that’s all we can do at this stage.
There are a few incredible coffee carts in our area. With A LOT more experience.
I can’t be mad at them. They went through the early stages too. They had the long, sleepless nights wondering if this will ever work. They’ve certainly struggled. But they’ve come out on the other side and are CRUSHING it. And I’m incredibly happy for them. They deserve all the success they’ve worked for. And they’re still building on their experiences.
We don’t have the experience they do. Not yet. But we will.
Our Philosophy
There’s no shortcut here. We’re not lowering our ingredient quality. We are not stripping down the experience we provide. We’re not going to take down the vibes.
We are going to give you (and your event) all that we have.
Our Promise
Our promise is to make every event we do feel like the most important event we’ve ever done.
We want to make every guest feel like they’re the most important person in the room when they’re ordering their coffee.
We want you to tell everyone not only how great our coffee was, but how great that coffee made you feel.
